Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log into your account and view order status under "Order History". Delivery updates are sent in real time.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's customs policy.
Shipping is free on orders above PKR 3,500. For orders below that, a flat rate of PKR 199 applies for local and PKR 399 for national shipments.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached. To initiate a return, visit our Returns Center or contact support.
Select the "Exchange" option on our returns portal. Choose the new size/color. If the item is available, we'll ship it after receiving the original. Price differences will be adjusted.
Sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. However, discounted items from regular collections are eligible for return within 7 days.
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Measure your chest, waist, and hips and compare with our chart. If unsure, our customer support can help.
Most of our pieces follow standard sizing, but some have an oversized fit (noted in the description). Check the "fit" notes on the product page for guidance.
