At Libaas Studio, we understand that receiving your order promptly matters. We work with Pakistan's most reliable courier partners to ensure your purchase reaches you safely and on time. Delivery estimates begin from the day your order is dispatched — not the day it is placed.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or exceptionally high demand periods such as Eid, Black Friday, and national holidays. We will notify you via SMS if your delivery is expected to be delayed.

Order Confirmed
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an SMS and email confirmation with your order number and a summary of your purchase. Save this for reference.

Order Packed & Dispatched
Once your order has been packed and handed to our courier partner, you will receive a second SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking portal.

Track In Real-Time
Use your tracking number on the courier's website or app to monitor your parcel's live location. Updates are provided at each transit hub automatically.

Out for Delivery
On the day of delivery, the courier will send a final notification confirming your parcel is out for delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Order Delivered
Your parcel has arrived! If for any reason delivery could not be completed, the courier will attempt re-delivery the following business day. If you need further assistance, please contact our team.

We currently ship exclusively within Pakistan. International shipping to UAE, UK, and other countries is planned for the near future. Contact us to be notified when international shipping launches.
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts on consecutive business days. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Please provide an accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout.
Important Notes
Delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday–Saturday). Sundays and public holidays are not counted. Orders placed during Eid, Independence Day, and similar national holidays may experience additional delays of 1–2 days.
We encourage customers to inspect their parcel for any visible damage before accepting delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.
Libaas Studio is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Address corrections after dispatch may not always be possible.
