Order amendments or cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will have entered processing and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any modifications.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and customised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please visit our contact page.
To exchange a size, contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. Subject to stock availability, we'll arrange a pickup and send out the correct size. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Size guide information is available on every product page.
We sincerely apologise if this has happened. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a free return pickup and send out a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank transfer times may vary depending on your financial institution, typically 2–3 additional business days.

Fabric Care
We recommend hand washing lawn suits in cold water with a mild detergent. If machine washing, use the delicate cycle at 30°C or below. Avoid wringing — gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry in the shade. Direct sunlight can cause colours to fade prematurely.
Embroidered and heavily embellished formal suits should be dry cleaned only to preserve the thread work and zari details. If spot cleaning at home, use a damp cloth with gentle, circular motions. Never soak embroidered fabric as this can cause threads to loosen and colours to bleed.
Store your suits in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use breathable fabric garment bags rather than plastic covers to prevent moisture build-up. For heavier bridal and formal pieces, fold them carefully with acid-free tissue paper to maintain the shape of embroidery and embellishments.
Yes, but with care. Always iron chiffon dupattas inside-out on the lowest heat setting. Use a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric to avoid direct contact. Steam ironing is preferable and most effective for removing creases. Never iron embroidered sections — simply hang them in a steamy bathroom to let wrinkles fall out naturally.
