Eligibility

When you qualify for a return or exchange

You received a damaged or defective item — visible tears, broken embroidery, colour bleeding, or manufacturing faults.
You received the wrong product — a different design, colour, or size from what you ordered.
The item's actual quality differs significantly from what was shown in the product listing.
The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered — in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the parcel, confirmed by courier tracking.

Timeline & Deadlines

Important dates you need to know

7 days from delivery confirmation to initiate any return or exchange request via WhatsApp.
Once approved, your item must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving our return confirmation message.
After we receive the returned item, quality inspection takes 2–3 business days.
Exchanges are dispatched within 5–7 business days of approval. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted, regardless of circumstances.

The Return Process

Step-by-step guide to initiating a return

Contact Us on WhatsApp Send a message to our support number with the subject line: "Return Request — [Your Order ID]". Our team will respond within a few hours.

Share Clear Photos Attach 3–4 clear photographs of the item, showing the defect, damage, or issue. Include a photo of the original packaging and the shipping label.

Await Approval Our team will review your case and send you an approval or clarification within 1 business day. Do not ship anything before receiving approval.

Pack & Ship Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). Ship to the address provided by our team and share the tracking number with us.

Exchange or Refund Dispatched Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be shipped or your refund will be initiated. We will confirm via WhatsApp at every step.

Please note: Since our unstitched fabric is sold as-is, we are not responsible for stitching outcomes. For custom-stitched orders, all measurements must be confirmed before stitching begins — changes cannot be accommodated after stitching has started. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend consulting our team on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Who pays for the return postage

If the return is due to a Libaas Studio error (wrong item, factory defect), we will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is for a customer-preference reason (change of mind, colour preference), the customer bears the return shipping charge.
We recommend using a tracked courier service for return shipments. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fault on our part.
